Fortunately, I landed in a great team. During lockdown, I faced a lot of hurdles working remotely with power cuts and internet issues. My team was very understanding of the situation, and my lack of ability to deliver projects on time didn't affect my position at all.
Depends a lot on your team. If you're in a bad team, work will be stressful and frustrating.
