Challenging but rewarding work
- You're in an environment with a lot of talented folks and learn a lot really quickly.
- You get to work on the cutting edge and work in a really recognizable company and industry.
- Velocity is a priority so you can move fast on projects and don't hit too many administrative road blocks.
- Compensation is great.
There's a steep learning curve, and the amount of information you're expected to intake at the beginning is pretty overwhelming.
There's not a lot of hand-holding, and you need to be self-driven to manage.
The work-life balance doesn't appear great, as a lot of folks around me seem overworked.
