Review after working as SDE for 2 years
Fun, college-type environment in the office.
Ownership is very high. You'll just be told what to do; the "how to do" part is completely in your hands.
No hypocrisy. You can go home if you don't have work in the office. Flexible work environment. No punch-in/punch-out or timesheet handling. You can take WFH for months if it's not affecting your project work.
Almost everybody rushes for promotion, and it is given more importance than it should be.
Many online stages on HackerRank, and then an online coding stage. This coding stage was done through an Amazon tool and lasted 1 hour. It was used to ask questions about asymptotic notation.
HR reached out to me on LinkedIn. I had an online assessment, where no camera or audio was captured. The level of questions was relatively difficult; I could only do one or two questions and did not get a call back.
The interview question was divided into two sections. The first was leadership principles, followed by one DSA question. The DSA question was related to a deque, but could also be solved using binary search.
