Pros

Very good core frameworks like Brazil dependency management, CI/CD pipelines, Cradle (BDT jobs), and BDT tools.

Open code search.

Very good set of resources like broadcast videos on BDTs and AI/ML.

Very good for freshers and learners to search and figure out unknown information in local resources like Sage, broadcasts, etc.

Cons

People management is biased.

If you are remotely working with your team, it's very likely you'll get piped unless your manager has a soft corner for you.

Pip is a common process in every team, as every team's manager will need to put 6% of members in a focus plan followed by pip every year.

You'll be scapegoated one year or another, based on your peers' and manager's relationships, irrespective of your achievements. The manager will make sure you'll be failed in focus/pip.

Advice to Management

The PIP process needs to be simplified, as it will be difficult to concentrate on project work and personal life on top of the pressure of a reduced timeline but a very unachievable deadline.
