I was not selected for an interview, even after completing the full online assessment (OA). This was disappointing, as people from college were selected despite answering fewer questions and having a lower CGPA.

The selection process consisted of three stages: * Two online assessments: * The first online assessment included general core computer science questions and a coding question. * The second round focused entirely on coding. * Two fac
