It looks good on your resume.
Little guidance, a super steep learning curve, unrealistic expectations. Team members ignore you and don't show up for scheduled meetings. You're basically left to learn everything on your own, and when you reach out for help, none is given. Definitely would not recommend for a first-time internship. I hated it here.
There's also really bad communication overall. There's also no work-life balance. I would start working around 7 in the morning, stop around 6 p.m., start working again around 10 p.m., and stop around 3 a.m. It was exhausting.
Pay attention to your interns; don't push them to the side. They are there to learn and gain experience. Help them.
OA consisting of 2 technical and several behavioural. Tech + behaviour interview of 1.25 hrs, first about the behavioural questions, and then one word problem for DP similar to the longest common substring.
It wasn’t too bad. OA and a few LC mediums. A couple rounds of interviews, then you get the offer and have two weeks to accept or decline. Make sure you explain your answers well and thoroughly.
I was asked behavioural questions first, two of them. This was followed by a 'create a class' question, which I completed in Python. It was related to directed graphs and wasn't too difficult. Despite this, I was still rejected.
