Really high pressure, no work-life balance. Very high politics; people on purpose don't divulge information, and all of that is planned.
If you are unlucky and get a bad manager, you may need to do their work.
Always remember to rate lowest (like 1/5) when you want to rate a manager badly in connection questions; otherwise, management would not know. It really works if you rate them low. Try it.
