My honest opinion is that management should prioritize their employees over profit. Happy employees will bring in a lot of revenue if they feel they are part of the company and not just an employee who is not valued. Unhappy employees will not work to their full capacity and will stick to the bare minimum.
First round: HackerRank, 2 programs, MCQs related to programming and SQL. Second round: Interviewer was highly skilled and most experienced in the interview process. I was not able to answer most of the questions.
