Good to work if you want to expedite your learning on AWS. It's a very dynamic environment; if you can't adjust to a fast pace, you will have a tough time. Very flexible with work from home and other employee benefits.
Not everyone is aligned to LP. A lot of managers are not technically strong.
I think they should look for management people with decent technical backgrounds.
