- Not a ton of structure, and it's not always clear what tools and processes exist.
- Not a lot of hand-holding. Everyone's busy, and it's up to you to figure it out.
Need to find ways to let people get involved with ongoing projects. Find a way to be more inclusive and make better use of all these brainy folks for continuous improvement.
