The work/life environment was really good. I got to work with a lot of people. There is no micromanagement as long as you get your work done.
Not a lot or clear path for moving up. Very bureaucratic. Future pay is based on the value of stock, so unclear about what raises mean.
Give cash raises along with shares of stock.
