Most Useless Management
Level 4 and above get a share package. I worked with a few decent engineers.
Worst management I have ever worked with. Some absolutely astonishing stupidity for adults meant to be leading a team of engineers. I cannot fathom how these people get out of bed and dress themselves.
A great majority of the engineers are also definitely not engineers. I probably worked with 3 decent ones out of a great many over the 2 years I was there.
Learn to manage, don't block development, and grow some balls when it comes to supporting the department, not cutting costs to make yourselves look better. You were the most despised management I have ever come across, and that's saying something (looking at you, Chris).
