Pros

High compensation, good perks, prestige, reasonable accommodations, casual culture, modern office, good cafeteria, available connecting shuttles.

Cons

Isolated, outdated technological environment, red tape, insane access security, no creative freedom, bad hardware, high capacity, dense office sitting and space, pets allowed, long lines for restrooms and elevators, lots of not-so-bright interns and freshmen, high turnaround and churn, clueless management, no parking, not-so-easy access from outside the city downtown area, high secrecy, no opportunity for growth, no career path.

Advice to Management

Beyond repair... Modernize IT tools and technical base. Use open source, remove insane building access security rules, get more office space, have a clear career growth path, and reward loyalty.
