If you love to be immersed in the details, this role will surely fill you up. The role is a gateway to so many other roles. Practically every role is your customer at some point.
The job can be very repetitive. The experience is highly subjective, based on your team's business purpose. It is easy to burn out due to the volume of projects.
Information is information. When it comes to learning and development, someone's job family shouldn't be a blocker.
