There are plenty of different teams and projects to choose from (based on your interests), and the environment is very conducive to moving up in the career ladder.
Get to work with very smart people and learn something new on a daily basis.
Working on large-scale distributed systems is definitely challenging but also very rewarding when you see your system come to life and be used by millions of customers worldwide.
