The bar is high, so expect to feel overwhelmed at times. You'll have amazing colleagues who value honesty and hard work. You can really make a difference if you put the effort and research in.
There is some organizational bloat and a little too much backslapping at times. Frugality isn't the leadership principle that gets most of the spotlight. "Insist on the highest standards" is way ahead.
Don't be afraid to call BS from time to time.
