A Terrific Experience So Far
I recently started as a Senior SDE and have had a fantastic experience onboarding. I've had clear conversations with my manager on expectations and have been allowed to pick up new content that I find interesting. Amazon puts an emphasis on employee growth, and I'm encouraged by the learning opportunities I've had.
I've only worked at Amazon for about a month, and I'm loving it so far.
Strive to provide employees with as compelling an experience as those customers shopping on the Amazon platform. Amazon should work to be an outstanding place to work and go beyond just being another FAANG employer.
