Challenging & Rewarding, but you're just a Cog in the Machine
Working at Amazon is the most challenging and rewarding experience I have had. You work on interesting problems at scale, and grow a ton as an engineer.
You are just a cog in the corporate machine. They don't care, and you can be fired at any moment. I have seen good talent dumped with no good reason in favor of other talent because of their terrible RTO policy.
