AWS and Amazon Digital are great places to work. Lots of new product developments are happening there. AWS Database services is especially cutting-edge work.
Customer obsession. Products and technology are built not just because it's possible, but also because it is useful to the customer. Most companies just do things to improve ads, which I don't think improves the life of the customer.
