Good stock growth over the years. Pockets of good people with empathy, but definitely exceptions and not the norm.
Managers with low to no integrity are optics-driven. Leaders lie through their teeth.
Unrealistic expectations. I'm pretty sure most people have PTSD-like systems. They are exploitative of people on visas.
Some managers have also expressed racist sentiments.
