Lots of very smart people, stock's high. As a new grad, you will learn a lot of things very quickly.
As an engineer, you will work long hours and will likely be on call. It becomes impossible if you want to have a family life and advance in your career at Amazon.
Make engineers' lives better, and you may win some engineers from Google or Facebook.
