Pros

Strong customer focus.

People with skills, ambition, initiative, and the ability to operate with much ambiguity can prosper.

Cons

Workload and review system designed to grind you down and create churn in the workforce. I was there for 3 years, and by the time I left, I was in the top 20% of longevity according to "The Old Fart" tool.

The review system requires churn of the bottom 5-7% through managed, intentional attrition.

Advice to Management

Buckle up and be prepared to deliver performance messages you don't necessarily agree with.
