The organization is very flat. This is actually a pro when it comes to empowerment of teams, but it tends to make things complex. The key to success is networking and building relationships. This isn't a con per se, but something to match up to your personality in order to determine if it's the right fit for you. Additionally, Amazon is a narrative-focused company. PowerPoint presentations have limited value, if any, and articulate writing is how you sell your ideas. Again, not a negative, but something to understand before applying.
