Amazon is a great place to be if you like challenging work. The initial training period is a wonderful experience where you are given time to focus on training how to be an Amazonian and on the peculiar ways Amazon works.
There is a lot of work to be done, so it is up to individuals to manage the work like harmony. There is ample support for the same, though.
