Cool tech. Cloud was the new hotness while I was there.
Logo looks nice on a resume.
Zero career growth (managers were open about no promotion track past X level).
Terrible management structures (Mangers just ran interference to keep you from bothering Director/VPs).
Culture is as bad as you've heard -- all the way to the top.
Low margins everywhere, which includes the employees.
Very low equity versus competition.
Long-timers suffer from Stockholm Syndrome.
The current trajectory is great for revenue, but it is unsustainable from a human capital perspective. It's not a place I would ever work again.
