High level of autonomy and ability to have an impact. You get so much freedom to chart your own path in this role. You decide what to emphasize and where to focus much of your time.
You need to be self-driven. Good time management skills are essential. There are so many exciting opportunities that many employees in this role end up working long hours. You have to learn when to say no to requests and pick where you want to focus.
