I joined because I align with the Leadership Principles. I have been an AWS Partner for 8 years and have seen those leadership principles supported and encouraged by every level of employee. AWS does a great job of investing into the individual for the better of the customer.
Very autonomous, which is intimidating if you don't come from that background.
