A very detailed onboarding plan, and they assign a mentor to help you through it. Good pay. Very technical colleagues and managers.
The work is very fast-paced. Frugality is part of the DNA, so you should not expect freebies like breakfast, lunch, etc. Benefits are decent but not the best in the industry.
