Good salary, big tech (for namesake though). Some colleagues are nice, others might backstab. Managers are kinda OK but could be really toxic as well.
Too much politics, at least in my org. It could be good for a few years, like maybe 3 max. Every orange badge at Amazon is probably not a good person. Some older people, red badge and above, are good. Others are mostly stupid/political.
