My team at Amazon is very supportive and ready to help when blocked.
Structured and well-planned onboarding for all the new hires.
Lots of new stuff to learn and grow at the current level.
Freedom and transparency to switch teams internally.
For one of my friends who is trying to switch teams internally after his first month at the job, as he was not aligned with a team that matched his interests, the process is taking weeks. This includes scheduling interviews and interviews getting postponed.
