Pros

Steep learning curve - Lots of work, which is tricky, has a steep learning curve on a grand scale. You get to work on components that literally affect billions of customers.

Promotions - Has good mechanisms for promotions, relying more on employee output rather than time spent in the company.

Compensation - High, competitive compensation.

Inclusion and easy-to-reach management.

Cons

Work-life balance is a bit low, as the work stream never stops. If you like to take up work and challenges, you will never get a break. But if you prefer a stable life, you may opt for that as well (of course, it will show up on the team promotions curve).
