- Money: They are way ahead of most employers regarding pay scale.
- A lot of challenges.
- You learn a lot about automating all processes.
- You will gain a lot of experience regarding distributed systems.
- Unflexible RTO policy (Full on-site)
- Disorganized
- Technical debt on most teams is huge, and there is little interest in solving it.
- Management is awful.
- All people compete to get promoted, and some decisions are made just for their sole interest of promotion, not for the customer.
