Very few R&D opportunities in Indian teams. Only execution and maintenance work reaches Indian teams.

The process started with an email from a recruiter and proceeded with a technical assessment (2 hours, 3 questions). Next was a technical phone screen, followed by a five-hour virtual onsite interview.
