Most of the communication is done via email. You have to run through software tests. The tests are fairly simple if you have worked in the industry. I took the skills test and never heard back from the recruiter.

The process was tedious, and the interviewers weren't very reciprocative. The whole process didn't make you feel valued, and the proposed working hours are too strict. There were two technical rounds, followed by a managerial and an HR round.

Recruiter call asked basic logistics and experience-related questions, such as: Do you require sponsorship? Do you have the required experience for this job? Answered all correctly. Did not pass the recruiter call.
