They give you a good joining bonus, but that's a bait to lure candidates, as they have no policy of sharing bonuses.
Salary will not be increased for 3 years. Stocks will not be revised for 4 years. Very few leaves. Least employee-friendly policies. No insurance for parents. No investment in skill development (they believe candidates should build skills on their own, as the company has hired them to get the work done).
