I had to solve two online programming exercises: probably one easy/medium and one hard LeetCode level. After this, there was a pretty long behavioral test, assessing how I would behave in certain situations with different coworkers.
Very complex, I spent 4 months studying. Disappointing because there was no feedback. I spent Carnival studying, reached the final phase, and the company did not dedicate itself to providing feedback.
The interview was alright. I was asked about LPs and two coding questions. The behavioral part was my worst, but I did pretty good on the coding questions. I passed the bar but got waitlisted.
