Total compensation is very fair, allowing for a great quality of life both in and out of work. Finally, challenges have no end, allowing employees to grow their careers each day. So, I would say that it makes a perfect balance between quality of life with fair compensation, great challenges, and friendly teams.

For those who prefer working from home, the company has a very flexible mixed approach between home and office. Visits to the office are always a big incentive and, for some teams, required. This is great for me, but not for everyone.
