We are an away team in a vertical team. Overall, the WLB is good; the on-call load is minimal.
The tech depth is not very good since we are an away team. Usually, we are project-driven and focus on business code. We hardly have the opportunity to build a service from scratch.
My manager is good, with sufficient technical background, and is proactively trying to improve the efficiency, work-life balance, etc., among the team.
Update: Just finished the OA. I was able to solve both questions. Question 1: Minimum number of swaps required to make a binary string a palindrome. Luckily, I had seen this question previously while browsing Amazon OA questions. (Discussion link)
