The job pays well, but be prepared for it to suck the soul out of you. I learned and grew a lot by working here. I had a lot of autonomy in regards to what tech tools to use and what processes to adopt as a team. I worked on a really interesting customer-facing product that I got to see and use in person, which was satisfying and rewarding.
The culture is probably the worst. They asked my team to work weekends when we were working on a critical project. Work-life balance was non-existent. On-call can be a nightmare.
