Internship Experience [Summer '22]
- Great learning experience.
- Constant motivation from the team to achieve goals.
- Great support from mentor.
- Well-defined projects.
- Clarity on project scope and work.
- Impactful work with known reach.
- Working extra hours.
- No flexibility to choose which team and domain to join (Actually, this was kind of a pro, as it helped me learn something I never would have otherwise).
- Less networking opportunities with people outside the team and other interns.
- Too much focus on work.
- No great perks other than compensation.
- Keep asking questions to peers.
- Try to network with employees outside the team (you will not get many opportunities).
- Familiarize yourself with the tech stack at least within the first 3 weeks of the internship.
- Ask for feedback constantly.
- Have fun; don't just keep working.

The interviewer was very unhelpful and not responsive to anything I was doing. The question was fairly doable but confusing; thus, I expected at least some response to the code that I was writing, if not guidance, but I got nothing.
