The ramp-up for internal tools was the only con for me, but it's fine in a couple of weeks.

The interviewer was very unhelpful and not responsive to anything I was doing. The question was fairly doable but confusing; thus, I expected at least some response to the code that I was writing, if not guidance, but I got nothing.
