Also, workload is adequate, so there is always something to do but not ridiculously much.
Pay is okay, but not too good.
Managers could give more attention to the developers in terms of having discussions about personal growth, career options, etc.
The interviewer was very unhelpful and not responsive to anything I was doing. The question was fairly doable but confusing; thus, I expected at least some response to the code that I was writing, if not guidance, but I got nothing.
