I was told I was asking too many questions, even though I was honest about not having much experience in the role. I did not feel set up for success. It was unclear what the expectations were.
Improve the work environment and make sure that managers are focused on making team members succeed.

Software Developer Intern
The interviewer was very unhelpful and not responsive to anything I was doing. The question was fairly doable but confusing; thus, I expected at least some response to the code that I was writing, if not guidance, but I got nothing.
