Great things to learn.
Nothing as of such, I think.
There was a coding challenge, followed by two rounds of interviews. The second round was a full day. It was pretty long, but they comped food. This round included both coding and leadership questions. I would interview again.
Recruiter call asked basic logistics and experience-related questions, such as: Do you require sponsorship? Do you have the required experience for this job? Answered all correctly. Did not pass the recruiter call.
A lengthy, frustrating process with zero feedback afterward. They'll invite you back to fail other interviews repeatedly, even though they won't tell you why you're continuously failing. You never have a good sense of how you're actually doing.
