Good team, but poor job leadership
I have a really good team around me, get to work on interesting things, and have really good access to the latest LLMs.
There is a requirement to be in the office five days a week. There is a shift to a Day 2 culture, which includes a focus on advertising rather than putting the customer first. There is poor support for disabilities. It is very difficult to be promoted to SDE3. There is extremely bad job security, as people get fired randomly for no reason.
