Standard FAANG. Solid pay. It really depends what team you're on. For every complaint, there's usually a reason.
I've heard it has the least perks compared to other FAANG companies and generally that it works you the hardest, but it's really team-dependent.
Vision. I worked in Amazon Music, and they're more risk-averse and playing catch-up. This isn't wrong, but it makes working there a bit frustrating.
It was a 3-step process. 1. In round 1, it was a coding question related to data structures and some analytical questions about Amazon. 2. Behavioral and technical. 3. Not qualified.
3 rounds Combination of LeetCode, Leadership Principles, and Low-Level Design. 1st round: Low-Level Design and Leadership Principles. 2nd round: 2 LeetCode-style questions. 3rd round: Pure LP (Leadership Principles).
Apply -> OA (Online Assessment) -> Final Phone Interview (On Chime). The final interview has two behavioral questions and one difficult coding problem (mine was not a LeetCode question but formatted similarly).
