Solid Pay, Team Dependent
Standard FAANG. Solid pay. It really depends what team you're on. For every complaint, there's usually a reason.
I've heard it has the least perks compared to other FAANG companies and generally that it works you the hardest, but it's really team-dependent.
Vision. I worked in Amazon Music, and they're more risk-averse and playing catch-up. This isn't wrong, but it makes working there a bit frustrating.
