I have an online assessment, and then after that, I had a technical interview that was 4 hours long (each session was 45 minutes). The technical interview also consisted of behavioral questions.

It was great, and I always received quick responses from recruiters. However, I did not feel fully prepared for a technical interview, which is on me. Leadership principles were a great way to showcase skills, though.

Long and tedious, the interview process is very difficult if you are unprepared. I suggest doing some research on the company before the interview. Most questions were about the strengths you can apply to the company.
