Pays well, treats employees poorly
It pays really well. FAANG companies get you name recognition and good experience. My team is really good to me.
Constantly screwing with employees, taking away lots of our benefits. Enforcing RTO at 3 days per week, but also overfilling the office and not assigning seating, leaving me constantly looking for random places to sit.
