Good pay compared to other companies in the area (Canada). Work-life balance is okay, but this will vary depending on the team.
On-call can be a limiting factor when taking time off or weekend travel. Late pages are rare, but they can happen (this varies by team). The compensation model does not favour those who are loyal to the company.
Compensate loyal, well-performing employees better.
