Great pay, consistent hours, always feeling like there's something new to learn, independent work, large amount of growth opportunities, internal "stackoverflow".

Depending on management and the team you're a part of, you may or may not receive the help you need. This results in spending a lot more time trying to unblock yourself from something that can't be done via a simple Google search (most issues are internal).

I love independent work, but I also felt multiple times that I was completely alone to fend for myself, despite there being a "team". The longer it takes to be unblocked, the higher the anxiety hits, as you know you have an expectation to deliver. This has been the bane of my apprenticeship.
